What’s up in Missoula’s Midtown?
Hey Missoula, get ready for the Midtown Minute, some quick real estate and development news from the center of the city.
The old Fat Cat building continues to take shape, with Horizon Credit Union planning to move in once renovation wraps up. With about 5000 square feet under construction, we’ll keep you updated when another new tenant secures this high-visibility location.
Another high vis property that just changed hands down is at 3200 Brooks Street, across from Runway Fashion Exchange. The building, just over 3,000 square feet, had a list price was $1.55 million. The buyer was Farmers State Bank – I wonder what their plans are for that corner?
Finally, there’s a bougie new way to enjoy all the parks Midtown has to offer. We heard a rumor that Posh Picnics and Parties is set to open in Missoula. While we’ve definitely seen these types of upscale outdoor popup events in bigger markets, it’s the first we’ve heard of it in Missoula.
That’s your Missoula Midtown Minute. Like and follow us for more development news from around Montana.
