Maggie Collister is the Project Marketing Manager at Sterling Commercial Real Estate (SterlingCRE), where she combines her extensive background in real estate development with a strategic, data-driven approach to support commercial real estate projects across Montana. With formal education in urban planning and years of experience in residential, mixed-use, and commercial development, Maggie brings a unique blend of research, marketing, and project management expertise to SterlingCRE’s team.

Prior to joining SterlingCRE, Maggie supported one of the nation’s fastest-growing downtowns as part of Center City Partners in Charlotte, North Carolina. There, she provided critical research and marketing insights to guide smart growth and support economic development. Her expertise in analyzing and presenting complex market data has been a key asset in projects ranging from affordable housing to resilient downtown initiatives. Additionally, Maggie served on the Research Committee of the International Downtown Association, further honing her skills in urban development research.

At SterlingCRE, Maggie plays a pivotal role in aligning the firm’s marketing strategies with data-backed insights, helping to create spaces that not only meet market demand but also enhance community well-being. Her comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape allows her to deliver marketing solutions that reflect the human side of real estate development, addressing issues like talent attraction and workforce housing.

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys exploring Montana’s open spaces with her horse, Niki. While she’s embraced her new home, Maggie still misses one Southern favorite—Viva Chicken, particularly their signature yellow sauce.
