Commercial real estate is one of the backbones that make up the economy at large. Here in Missoula, the commercial real estate market continues to move towards stabilization after the pandemic. But, not everything is coming up roses.

There’s been a lot of talk about developing land west of Missoula at the Wye. The developer, Grass Valley Gardens, owns a 187 acre parcel of the Wye’s land.

A week after Amazon announced its plans to open a new fulfillment center in Missoula, the firm that brokered the deal said the company wasn’t the only business looking to lease space in the facility.
