Judy Powell is the Accounting & Finance Director at Sterling Commercial Real Estate, where she oversees financial operations across real estate management, transactions, and development projects. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Judy brings a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes, compliance, and financial reporting. Her ability to manage complex financial streams and ensure rigorous adherence to policy standards makes her an invaluable asset to the SterlingCRE team.

Judy’s background includes several years in public sector accounting, where she honed her skills in managing multifaceted transactions. Notably, as Finance Director for the Lynnwood Convention Center, she played a key role in the financial planning and development of a 13-acre parcel in downtown Lynnwood, WA. This experience, combined with her expertise in commercial development finance, perfectly complements SterlingCRE’s diverse range of real estate services.

Prior to joining the SterlingCRE team, Judy worked for the University of Montana Foundation and supported the accounting functions for the Missoula Paddleheads baseball team. Her depth of experience in both government and private sector accounting, along with her ability to streamline processes, enables her to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

When she’s not managing financial reports, Judy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, attending live music events, and traveling.
