Since opening its original shop in 2022 at 2700 Paxson Street, Suite B, Double K Ranch has quickly become a local staple. The deli started with a modest footprint, offering a curated selection of house-made sandwiches, breakfast plates, and premium meats from their Montana ranch. Despite limited space, the flavor-forward menu and inviting vibe built a loyal following.
Fast forward to 2025, and the success story continues—with an expansion. The deli recently took over additional square footage in the Paxson Plaza building, unveiling a larger dining room and a new dinner menu that elevates the original concept. Now, guests can enjoy evening service with offerings like smoked tri-tip, pork shoulder, and hearty house sides—all made with the same care and quality that built their breakfast and lunch crowd.
What hasn’t changed? Fan favorites from the original and breakfast menus remain front and center, giving longtime customers what they’ve always loved, now in a more comfortable and spacious setting.
