Bridget Baxter serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sterling Commercial Real Estate (SterlingCRE), where she brings over a decade of experience in operations, real estate, and property management. Bridget’s career is defined by her expertise in managing complex projects and her leadership in driving organizational growth. At SterlingCRE, she is responsible for overseeing people and business operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Before joining SterlingCRE, Bridget held key operational roles, including Director of Operations for Missoula’s Old Sawmill District. In this role, she managed property management, leasing, human resources, staff development, and marketing strategy for one of the city’s most vibrant urban neighborhoods. Her contributions were instrumental in the development and success of start-up ventures, including Brio Fitness, C3 WorkLounge, and Boxcar Bistro.

In addition to her work in real estate, Bridget gained valuable experience at Stryker, leading an Account Services department across the Rocky Mountain and Western states. Her team ensured the timely delivery of life-saving medical devices for surgeries, reinforcing her strong focus on operational excellence and precision.

Bridget’s diverse background and ability to thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments make her an integral part of the SterlingCRE leadership team as the company continues to grow and expand.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys running and spending time with her family.
