Before joining SterlingCMG, Coleman managed a LIHTC property in Missoula County, where he was responsible for budgeting, rent collection, compliance, and overseeing maintenance operations. His expertise in financial planning, vendor management, and property compliance gives him a well-rounded approach to managing storage facilities at scale.

Coleman enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, following football and basketball, and making the most of Montana’s great outdoors.
