Brandon McMahon brings an owner-operator’s perspective to leasing, sales, investment, and development in Missoula, built on five years running a commercial portfolio of his own. Licensed in real estate and property management, he knows first-hand what it takes to optimize a CRE investment strategy.

Across his portfolio Brandon built the operating budgets, managed a tenant mix spanning office, mixed use, and retail, and oversaw roughly $2M in capital projects, repairs, and tenant improvements.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, with a major in finance and real estate. Before commercial real estate, he spent a decade as a commercial photographer shooting national advertising campaigns.

Outside of work, Brandon is usually cooking for a crowd, fishing a small creek, or chasing three kids and a bird dog around western Montana with his wife. Every fall he tries to keep up with his brother in the elk woods.
