Julia Mortier is the Community Manager at EngineWorks in Bozeman, part of the SterlingCMG property management team. With a background in operations, strategic planning, and process improvement, Julia ensures EngineWorks operates as a dynamic, collaborative space for tenants and businesses. Her expertise in coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and streamlining processes enables her to provide exceptional service while fostering a thriving community environment.

Before joining SterlingCMG, Julia honed her skills in leadership and operational management at Yellowstone Club, where she successfully led teams, coordinated cross-departmental operations, and ensured exceptional client experiences. Her prior experience in inventory management and purchasing further demonstrates her strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Julia spends her winters ski touring with her black lab, Blue, and her summers hiking and fly fishing. She enjoys pilates, hot yoga, and exploring local craft breweries. When relaxing, you’ll often find her with a thriller book or practicing her new hobby—crocheting.
