Mariah Duffy is a Property Manager with Sterling Commercial Management Group (SterlingCMG) in Missoula, where she provides comprehensive oversight for commercial real estate assets. Mariah is experienced in managing portfolios across multiple asset types, including office, multifamily, and long-term residential rentals. Prior to joining Sterling, Mariah held leadership roles with property firms in Denver, where she specialized in process automation, capital improvement oversight, and lease compliance.

Mariah and her husband enjoy being outdoors hiking, skiing, and river floating, attending Griz football games, and taking in live music whenever they can.
